More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this latest document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling different parts of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the continuing congressional process.
